Holiday return policy

Does anybody know when the Holiday Return Policy goes into effect? I would love to order the TSV cardi for my teenage daughter for Christmas, but I obviously wouldn't be able to return within the normal 30 day period.

I believe last year Sept. 23rd was the start. Haven’t heard for this year yet. Assuming it will start around the same time.

Thank you. That's what I'm thinking, too, because they probably would have emphasized the fact. Just can't risk ordering for a teenager for Christmas unless I know I can return if I need to.

If you order by talking to a rep they can put a note on your account and allow this purchase to be a holiday return. I did that last week for something I wanted to buy for Xmas.
