Neither. Don't like black dresses for a summer wedding. The first one is terrible, the second one looks like a dress you would wear on a date to impress.

They're both very pretty. First one is more conservative, just for me personally it would matter if the wedding was in a religious setting. As far as covering more up top for the ceremony. It's much more relaxed these days, but it would be more comfortable for me. Of course if it's at all a concern for you there is always a thin wrap.

This is NY everyone always wears black, the wedding is at an upscale party space in Soho, I have lost 40 lbs and want to flaunt my new body, the second has illusion netting it is not a bustier

I think black is definitely fine for a wedding in an upscale party venue. So is the second dress. In NYC or any city. Plenty of people have black attire at those types of weddings. And black bridesmaids dresses, etc.

I think both dresses are pretty. I, personally, would be more comfortable in the first dress, but I do think the second dress is a fancier. I'm sure you'll look lovely, whatever you choose.

If I wanted to flaunt my new body I would definitely go with #2

I like dress # 2 but it looks too young for a 63 yr old IMO.

But if that doesn't matter to you - and it seems it doesn't - then #2.
