By Bottega Veneta. $2,050.00. I love this bag! However, it is not in my budget but if it was, I would grab it in a minute! I wonder how many women purchase this bag. I guess if you have millions it does not matter.

No, you'd never find anything in what must be a dark cave of an interior. The color is mousey. I don't like anything about it.

I don’t care for the straps but I do like the neutral color. I also like a more structured bag not slouchy for me. It’s fine for others.

Weave leather is nice, but you really have to be into it for the prices of that line. I noticed a few knock offs doing a faux weave look.

Seriously, I love to look at expensive bags, but if I actually bought one - wouldn't it make the rest of my wardrobe look ridiculous?

And as for your comment about having millions - it reminds me of a story that was in our local paper the year Christie Brinkley was divorcing her architect husband. It was summertime and the story was about the handbags she carried to court each day - as I remember it, the least expensive was about $1500. No idea what she's worth, but millions and millions, so a few thousand for a handbag wardrobe was certainly possible.

I like the details, but I don't buy bags without a crossbody option for convenience hauling my groceries and computer bag upstairs. That color is strange to me, too. I'm a big no on that color. That leather must be soft enough to sleep in and feel heavenly because nothing about the design of the bag tells me it's worth $2000 or even $500. Super buttery soft leather is my downfall.

I don't care for this bag either. I like that its leather but its too plain for my taste. I just can't figure out why its so expensive! Just too blah.

The cost of that bag is probably more than the total of every bag I ever purchased during my adult life!

(I tend to be rather "thrifty" with handbag purchases.)

@millieshops This is a casual handbag so if you wore jeans and white tee shirt you would look great! The leather on this bag is butter soft. Yes, it is ridiculously priced.

@Katcat1lol - I get what you mean, but if I have to spend over $2000 to look great, I'm just going to pretend I already do! Or I could pretend the reason I'm not buying that bag is that it's too big for me to carry even though I like it! However I do it - I can't see me having it - even if it hit a sales table at a huge discount - 75% off and it would still be the most expensive bag I ever owned!

I think it is a pretty bag. But not in my handbag budget!

Normally I would have said not my style...however, a friend just went to Italy and came back with a bag very much like this one. Her's is baby blue. It is fabulous! Supple leather, light weight and fits perfectly on her shoulder.

When budget allows, I am not opposed to spending for quality items.

Love it! Of course it is an expensive designer bag and I personally do not mind paying more. Silly that one would need millions to buy one. It is just about priorities. Some people buy dozens of cheap bags and others prefer one expensive one every couple of years I say if you love it, get it.
