@WindingRoad I wouldn't say capris are going out of style, but ankle lengths seem to be the more featured pant hemline I am seeing elsewhere and on QVC. QVC has offered more shorts this season than they have in the past. Their shorts may mostly be bermuda and hover near the knees, but it is a change for them to feature shorts at all.

Funny how fashion terms change because in the 1960s and 70s ankle pants were capris, and today's capris didn't really exist as you went straight up the leg to peddle pusher and shorts.

Wow , all I see in the stores here are those 21" capris, a length I hate. I always roll them up! I much prefer pedal pusher length, 14 to 16 inch inseams. 21" hits me in a bad place, and it's so long I feel I may as well have on pants. I want them to come to just below my knee, so, as I said, I roll them up or I hem them.

I'm seeing a lot more shorts this year (than capris) in the stores. I noticed that the last time I was in the mall.

I will say there are various lengths of shorts, although there are a ton of short-shorts.

Ankle length pants are also popular right now.
