    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been wearing frayed hem items for years. T shirts and jeans mostly. I like the casual, unconstructed look.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how anyone could have missed seeing dozens of items with frayed hems in the stores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Probably not as much as jeans and shorts.&amp;nbsp; I think its something that designers come up with to be different and sell their product.&amp;nbsp; I do have 1 top that the neckline and hemline are frayed.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
