Any thoughts on the Basso TSV?

I like the simple style with lace sleeve details, but I've never ordered anything in the caviar crepe. The colors are pretty. What do you think about it?

what was he thinking? I haven’t seen an elastic sleeve end in years. A no purchase for me because of that. He ruined the entire top by doing that.

I saw it last night and thought it looked so pretty... I live in CA since it's not very humid out here, I am going for it. I love his designs. It was hard to chose a color... I have blonde highlights so I decided to go with blue... I was thinking pink, but I just received the lace cold shoulder pink top from Isaac.... I really like his designs... Looking forward to receiving it............

@Trudey During our hot, humid NC summers, I try to wear natural fabrics. Caviar crepe? Call it what it is....polyester!!!

I think it is really pretty. I have not tried any caviar crepe, either. I am not ordering because it is kind of pricey. But I do think it looks really flattering on all the models.

I think overall it is very pretty and will be flattering on different body types. I like the lace on the sleeves, enough to make the blouse interesting but not over the top. If I was working in an offce I would get this top as it is sorta business casual sorta dressy. We don't get many really hot summer days where I live and with office AC I don't think the fabric weight would be a problem. However I work at home and I already have about 3 feminine tops like this one. So that is enough for me! I agree @Blingqueen023 the elastic cuff sort of brings the look down. Thanks for pointing that out, I think some might buy and not realize that detail. Good eye! @Trudey for some reason I have never bought much from Dennis Basso so i have no opinion on the caviar crepe but my guess is that it would hang and drape nicely.

Long sleeves and polyester in the summer in Florida - definitely a miss for me. I also agree about the elastic cuff - cheap. It is a very pretty blouse for someone it works for but not for me.

I think its very pretty, I like the elastic sleeves because they will stay up if I choose to push them to my elbows. For me this would not be too hot here in NC because all the businesses have their AC set on 0 (zero), and I would not wear it outside all day. My only problem I think it is to expensive. So guess I will pass and wait for it to become an AS IS item.

Even though I stay cold most of the time, the long sleeves would look out of place here in Coastal SC in the summer (especially in a fabric this heavy). I don't mind the elastic in the sleeves...I much prefer it to the big bell sleeves.

FIrst, long sleeves for a spring TSV? And,eleastic cuffs?

A better fall TSV, and even then, lose that elastic cuff.

The fabric looks fine.The blush color is pretty.

@NicksmomESQ I'm not a fan of the neckline either -- too conservative/formal for me. The models and hosts look just -- OK. The lace doesn't even make that much of a statement; it just looks like a pull-over, long sleeve top. Quite underwhelming.

Well I see that it is 93% poly, 7% spandex.

Would be good for fall and winter, but summer?

I am not crazy for the way the long sleeves look and lay !

Its pretty, especially the blush pink, but its a pass for me as well.
