I do not know the host, constantly interrupting Louis. You

could tell he was annoyed. Inane comments, show was on at 6 A.M.

He was annoyed. She also kept mispronouncing the name of the line wrong and he had to keep correcting her. I hope it was just nerves on her part because she is new.

I didn't see the show and can't find any video but the host in learning will improve.I have seen many over the years that I thought were hopeless and then later I decided they were favorites.Louis is probably a little less patient after all he has been through but I think a bit of annoyance won't hurt him....he is usually very understanding.

She's one of the newer hosts and I thought she did a great job presenting the Linea clothes. She gave what those of us who are interested in the clothes more than we are in Louis want; the details of the clothes. He didn't seem annoyed to me. I do think it takes designers and vendors time to get comfortable with and in sync with new hosts.

Host was Kristine Zell. Completely unprepared. Could not even pronounce Linea correctly- more than once!

Using the Q buzzwords of Busy Mom on the go, amazing, etc, etc does not cover for total lack of product knowledge.

She's no Courtney K (another new host)- that's for sure. Courtney is a pro and knows her stuff when presenting.

Kristine has a LONG way to go. I hope not to see her with Louis again. She has not earned the privilege of presenting his line.

The host was Christine Zell. She really isn't that new. I was hollering at the TV, every time she mispronouced Linea. How hard is it to say. Louis is such a gentleman.

i was grimacing the whole time. she needs to build her vocabulary and for sure needs to concentrate more on garment detail and less on "fluff" and exclamations. Louis had to grab the reins. perhaps she was put off or on edge due to the situation - but when she mispronounced "Linea" multiple times, i had to roll my eyes and grind my teeth.

LDO needs a host who knows what's what. Jill, while she is not my favorite host, works well with him, as does Antonella

@queendiva I love Courtney now too but at the start of her career she drove me crazy.She has been with Q for a few years now so she has had time to become at ease and develope her style.I don't think many had anything great to say about her in the beginning either.

You have to wonder whether some of these new hosts ever watched QVC before they applied for the job. Mispronouncing the guests' line is unacceptable and so unprofessional.

Part of the job should be to know how to pronounce the names correctly, at the minimum.

and Jayne B did such a good job on his first visit back . i have to praise her to the skies for being gentle- but professional.

Let's hope she improves ... however, there really is no excuse for not at least checking the pronunciation of the line before the show begins. And trying to talk over the vendor to seem knowledgeable really isn't cool.

Louis and anyone else has a right to be annoyed for poor preparation by a host. She pronouned his name wrong before Louis got on set, pronouned Linea wrong and Louis gently corrected her and somewat stronger when she pronouned it wrong the second time If you host a show at least know the correct name of the designer and line Do not believe it has anything to do with lack of patience on Louis part,

@Miranda1550Wasn't the painful to watch? Christine Z. couldn't even pronounce Louis' last NAME correctly. More of my comments are written under "Favorite Brand" and Louis Dell'Olio, then under someone's post titled "Leah wearing dark olive" (this thread?) or something in that vein. Louis is the only real designer on QVC! To have a host so rude and unprepared was inexcusable. I have written emails to QVC about her tacky behavior toward Louis. Thankful he finally corrected her about "Linea." Her response? "Why do I keep saying that?" No apologies. No thank you. Completely into herself and comments about her family and husband, which I do NOT care to hear from any of the hosts. They are selling product; they are not my friends. She hadn't even familiarized herself with the fabrics or colors. Louis deserves so much better from QVC. So do his customers, who were up at an early hour to watch his program! .

I can understand a new host still learning and gaining experience daily. However, mispronouncing the design line you are hosting is not excusable.

Louis D. is a dignified designer with class and knowledge of his work inside and out. He can describe what needs to be known about his design styles and it would be admirable if the host just listened, Of course i am aware the host needs to give colors, sizes, and the basics. But the rest should be the designer's job. Louis is more than capable and he should be with a host who knows how to present with a designer who is respected and admired by many loyal customers who want to hear from him.

You must be thinking of Courtney Cason who has been there for a few years and is mostly on BeautyIQ (or whatever they call it) these days. This is a new Courtney, last name Khondabi or something like that.

I sure hope (for her sake) that she'll improve. She was not very good at all. If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was her first day on the job. Very poor hosting job for that show. Maybe she's better on other shows.
