All the hosts have said the boot cut will return. Don't know what the issue is, but they are aware women want them back.

Not me though. I am tall and willowy in my dreams, but reality is I am short and scrawny. Boot cut looks awful on my short legs. They look like bell bottoms no matter how small the flare is. So, I am trying the TSV. Wish me luck.

Good morning, I love the fact that you finally brought back your "how smooth" jeans after waiting a year for their return. However, I am quite disappointed that you did not also bring back the boot cut silhouette. It is the combination of the two features, how smooth waist AND the boot cut that give us ladies the silhouette that soooo flattering! A straight looks good ONLY on those of you who are tall and lean. How disappointed.

I so agree...straight leg jeans look great on long and lean. Straight leg jeans do not look good on roundish, full sized woman. Don't understand why D & C doesn't get it!!

I too am very upset that the original how smooth jean was not the TSV for today. If the wagon is not broken do not fix it.

I ordered two pair, the black and the white, then cancelled the order. I just know that they will not look right from the knee down. I am wearing the ones from last year today and love them. Wished I had ordered more at the time now. Maybe they will bring back the boot cut after seeing these posts.
