    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just returned a SG sweater and asked for an exchange in a different size. I filled out the form that came with my original order, used the mailing label they requested for returns, and had no problems. I received an email saying they received my exchange request, and then another saying the item in a new size had shipped. The whole process from my original order to my return to a new sweater arriving at my house was 3 weeks. I really like the sweater in my correct size so so am glad it was in stock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you request an exchange and what you want is no longer available, they credit your account. I never got an email when this happened to me which is IMO is poor CS. I had to call to find out what happened in that instance. I understood the credit would appear on the next billing cycle, but a simple email letting me know they received my return, but couldn't process the exchange would have been nice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 2 of the Barefoot Dreams err,.. cloaks? .. anyhow,.. sobs - as much as I love them,.. I am swimming in them,.. got the mediums, and, they hang below my knees&amp;nbsp; O.o..I have never returned to qvc b4, so, Im asking - if I return them, will I be able to get a better size?.. will I have to renew my 4 easy pay, or, will I be unable for that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I love the product, but, I look like a bag lady in it,.. I want the easy pay still tho.. anyhow,.. just trying to question how these returns go I suppose.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Personally I have had absolutely.0% success with trying to return and exchange for a different size or color. &amp;nbsp;EVery time I have tried it they simply credit me with the return and I end up having to re-order the item. &amp;nbsp;YEs, the color or size I was trying to exchange for was in stock. &amp;nbsp;THey just ignored my exchange request. &amp;nbsp;Too lazy or poorly trained to do what I requested I guess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do,have to re-order you will lose your original EZ pays unless of course a new EZ pay offer is in place when you place your re-order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just sent back an item as an Exchange..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Xs for an XXS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Knowing that the return department sometimes does not read the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;back of the return tag, what I did was to fill out the tag marking Exchange for&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the new size and in addition, on a separate 8x10 piece of paper write wrote really big...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Exchange for the new size. I attached the return tag to the piece of paper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then attached that to the garment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just sent that a couple of days ago so we shall see.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you get your exchange, you should NOT receive any return fees or return&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shipping fees. And you should still get your easy pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If for some reason you do get fees and not your easy pay just call Customer Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and they will be able to fix those issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why not call customer service if you find that they only refunded you rather than exchnged the item so you don't lose your ez pays? &amp;nbsp;It usually works and most of the time they are very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Filled out the label correctly.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;It was received by QVC and I got an email that confirmed my exchange. I went online to check the order status and I had been given a refund for the jacket and the exchange had been cancelled!?!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I called CS and she told me that there is a huge glitch in the new exchange system. She said that when the exchanges go through and begin processing the system is automatically cancelling them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Ok QVC...let's not implement this great new policy until you can actually get it correct. Fix the mistakes please!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;So, if you exchange and find it didn't go through, call CS. The rep. handled my problem great. But if I hadn't checked my account and caught it early my size might have been gone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I received an e-mail about 6 days later saying they received my package for exchange. A few days later I received another e-mail that my exchange has been sent and I see that it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I bought the TSV boots on easy pay and nothing has changed in that regard. So far so good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of this is really good advice. &amp;nbsp; However I feel it is actually the luck of the draw. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Depends who processes your return/exchange...........Some people in the returns dept are just not doing their job properly and it is upsetting a lot of the customer base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've never had an issue.&amp;nbsp; If the color or size you are exchanging an item for is out of stock or on waitlist, they will issue credit to your card.&amp;nbsp; I returned some jogger pants because they were too big and I returned for a change.&amp;nbsp; I got an email saying they had issued credit.&amp;nbsp; Then today I got an email telling me my replacement was ordered and ready to ship.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes you have to wait a day or two before they confirm your replacement, but I've never had a problem&amp;nbsp; Good luck.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That is what I suggested to CS several times as a solution to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;returning an item for exchange and later finding out that the exchange was&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;denied because it became sold out by the time QVC received the original&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;item back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Putting a Hold is the only way to handle the exchanges. Otherwise .......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a mess !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it depends who you speak to though&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a situation now that I am waiting for a Lisa Rinna jacket Item # A298372.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased it in a size 4. &amp;nbsp;Since QVC sizing has been so off lately, I have a feeling that I may need either to go up to a size 6 or go down to a size 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although I have not received the size 4 yet, I called CS to ask them in advance about the exchange in the event that I need one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told more than once that I would have to PAY AGAIN (as if it was a new order) to exchange for a different size if I didn't want to wait for the usual return/exchange process. CS said that they can't put a hold on an exchange in advance of the return for exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They also said that if I decided to repurchase the jacket that I would get the return fees for the original. So....my choices are to wait until I get the jacket and if it is too small or too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;large......return it for an exchange and cross my fingers and hope I get it ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or repurchase it in the correct size and pay return fees on the original....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND this jacket is not cheap !!!! $179.00........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would never have considered purchasing it to begin with but I need it for a very special wedding and I can't find anything that compares to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had good luck with QVC exchange program. &amp;nbsp;I purchased a Bixby TSV key and it had a defective safety catch. I sent it back with the QVC return slip etc. &amp;nbsp;But on the box I taped a sign that this was an exchange. &amp;nbsp;I received my new Bixby TSV key with a perfect safety catch. &amp;nbsp;It took about 15 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
