I wish Susan Graver used petite models.

Susan Graver only seems to use super thin tall models like in magazines. In doing so it is impossible to see how her clothes would look on shorter or plus sized bodies. Considering that her clothes are designed for average people this doesn't make sense to me except that she thinks that her clothes are for the elite? On QVC?

Susan definitely has her favorites among the models, and that's ok. She definitely seems to have a comfort zone working with the same people on a regular basis. That said, in the overnight hours, I have seen one of the petite models working SG shows.

She should have one all the time and could have them whenever she wanted them. It's obvious she favors tall models: one day she even referred to herself when comparing with Katia that she was short and dumpy.

@I do think Susan sees herself as the Petite model. That's pushing it @ 5'4-1/2" with a usual spike heel which is three or more inches.

I wish Susan Graver, and, in fact, most of the clothing lines would use true plus size models. The size L and XL models such as the gorgeous Jackie, beautiful Adrian, and lovely Jessica just are not IMHO representative of real plus size woman. If you choose to sell to (and make a profit from) women who wear sizes 1X, 2X and 3X then be real and honest enough to show ON AIR how those fashions will look on your true plus size customers.

Maybe she only uses them when the clothing being aired is offered in petites, but I have seen her using petite models during her shows.

Not often enough for us petite people. That said it could be said for all shows with clothes. Also they should give colors and sizes. Plus price before they start showing items. Would help a lot.

Me too...would cut down on my SG returns...at this point I don't buy, sorry to say because I love her Butterknit fabric.

I've never seen a Graver show in which all the models are Katia tall and thin.

There's often a medium model and virtually always an XL or larger model on Susan's shows (I watch Thursday AM nearly every week). I can't vouch for petites, but I'd say not often - but some on some of the designer shows, I've never seen a petite.

When every model is tall and/or thin, I think that's my best clue to shop a different designer. I figure they know for whom those clothes are designed and it's not me.

Susan is petite enough. Using the garment measurements on the web page and looking at Susan gives me an approximation of what the clothes look like on a shorter person.

I think that the tv screen adds lbs so using larger size models may not be as representative as we would like. I know if something does not look good on a tall xl, it surely won't look good on this shorter 1x who usually wears flats.

I've seen some of Susan's shows. I often see Meredith or another petite model. I also almost always see Jessica (1X) on her shows.
