I have found that if I don't like something and/or don't think it looks good on me, regardless of what anyone else thinks I won't wear it. I may wear it once, be horribly uncomfortable and never wear it again.

Since you think it makes you look thick, I'd say it's a nay.

Your choice. If you are happy wear it. But since you asked you probably will need to return it. You don't seem delirously pleased with it.

As for me.... Been there, done that. Sent it back or did I give to my daughter? In any case it is no longer with me.

I should add I bought this style, not this exact top. I cannot wear lace... bothers me. Itchy on me. And I wear a more loose garment although with a shape.

I would return it if you feel the least bit uncomfortable.. the elastic waist, flounce, tie at neck, and lace is too much happening in one top. IMHO

You know you're right! It is too much and I think it's the fixed waist band that takes it too far!

I think that top would only work on a body that needs to create curves visually. Not for everyone and not for you (or me!)

BTW: I like lace, just not in this style.

I like it but it would look better with a pencil skirt and a skinny belt to hide that elastic waist. Imo your top looks too dressy to wear with jeans and it makes the whole look not as good as it can be. @Andreatoo

I've learned that it's wise to only keep clothing that I love and I feel great wearing. Otherwise it will sit in my closet and never be worn...a waste of money and I've done it too often.

How do you feel wearing it?

@AndreatooAny chance that waist cincher can be loosened a bit? That might make you more comfortable with the fit. I also carry the assets you're concerned about and unless I could do that, I'd be returning that top for that reason alone. Also, if I couldn't fix it to my satisfaction without cutting something so that I couldn't return it - then I'd just bite the return fee $$$ and get rid of it.

The fit and feel is fine; I'm not uncomfortable and it isn't tight I just think that the fixed elastic waist band leaves little room for adjustment and causes too much poof where I don't need it! lol

I think no waistband would be an improvement (for my body type)
