DOES EVINE GIVE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Good morning Fashion ladies. I do not buy very much fashion on EVINE, but I recently bought a top that I am keeping. It has gone down a bit in the last 3 weeks. Does anyone here who shops a lot at Evine know if they give a price adjustment the way HSN and QVC do? Their CS is so bad, and I hold forever. I didn't want to go through the trouble if any of you know the answer of being "no". Thanks, in advance!

Check the "Shop With Confidence" link and "Price Guarantee" is under that.

Yes they do make price adjustments. When you call CS - punch in the #'s 5 0 6 - you might get through quicker - just a little trick I learned since I seem to spend an awful lot of time sorting out various "issues" with them. I really wish I didn't like their offererings. Good luck!

Back when it was ShopNBC they gave me quite a bit back on a Sonia Bitton ring that went on sale only a week after I bought it. I believe the CS lady told me that they had a 30 day policy for the price being lowered. But I did get a nice credit back.

They seem to be good about this. You know how they office This Day Only items and TTV items and for both they say (or they used to) that the price will never go lower in X amount of time.

About 2 years ago, I got a credit to my account for a Chuck Clemency ankle bracelet I bought. I never asked for it, had no idea it was coming and didn't know why. I called and was told that I had purchased it as a TTV and it was offered as a this day only at a cheaper price so they gave me the credit. I had bought that anklet months prior and I never would have known it went cheaper nor thought to ask about an adjustment that long after the fact.

I agree - they're very good about price adjustments.

I've done that 2 or 3 times now.

Yes, I've also gotten adjustments from them with no argument, except that it has to be 30 days from purchase date.

@winamac1 - yes, they will issue price adjustments within 30 days of purchase date, but if you purchase using ValuePay, the credit will go towards future payments not to your CC. Q & H issue credits back to your CC;

Evine always does something funky and if you tell them it's not like Q or H, they get defensive & rude saying 'we're not QVC'. LOL, we know..their rigidity & rudeness confirms it

@winamac1 - they are very rigid. 2 days late, they won't even give a store credit.

Recently, I had a hard time getting them to give me a credit for shipping a beauty product that I had not recd yet when they ran a promo literally days after I bought something. The CS rep finally issued the credit when I asked to speak to supervisor.

Just shoot 'em an email with the order number. They're good about and pretty quick too! I've had a few lately myself.
