Anyone ordering a swimsuit today?

I ordered the sharkbite hem one at midnight. I feel for us living here at the beach I can throw on a pair of capris and wear this anywhere as a top, instead of putting on a cover up. It will also be great to go out with our friends on their boat with capris or shorts on the bottom.

I saw that last night, and think it's very attractive. They didn't exaggerate the shark bite, very nice choice.

Nope! I have to try on bathing suits first before purchase. I have my eye on A273960. Kohl's have something similar from the Nike brand. I have a 30% coupon + $10 coupon + 15% senior rate.

I like that one, @151949. I'm not too crazy about the romper style. I bought a suit last year that I haven't worn yet, so it's hard to justify buying another one:/

I swim several times a week so new swimsuits are a need in my wardrobe. Since I swim in a pool the chlorine does ruin even the chlorine resistant ones eventually. I never wear the bottoms they show with the suits - i have 2 pair of 9" inseam swim shorts I prefer to wear. I also like the look of swim dresses on ladies my age (68), most ladies my age prefer to be more modest.

Ummm - ok - the suits on QVC almost all have built in bras with cups. Just saying.

When our Grands were babies, there was a lot of bending over and stooping involved when I took care of them. I tried swimdresses and hated them. They were next to impossible to swim in. I know many ladies like them for out of the pool but swimsuits are made for swimming. You can always use a cover-up for out of the pool.

The prints are far too busy for my taste. Most are mismatched and draw attention to areas many would like to hide. None of the suits I've seen are particularly flattering.

I don't believe you can use coupons on Nike anymore at Kohls. You can use Kohls cash and those Yes rewards but not the typical coupons they send out.

I used to have fun shopping for swim suits. Things have really gone south in the last few years so I wouldn't be caught dead in a swim suit in public ):

So, when I googled surf wear and saw the cute swim leggings and wet suit separates , I thought...that's what I'm getting ! 😀

Some of the ladies at the YMCA where I swim like to wear those swim tees that are popular now to protect you from the sun ( with a bra underneath, not a swimsuit) and swim shorts or capri which all the swim shops have now. My personal preference is a tankini top and bermuda short length swim shorts.
