Quaker Factory - Dryer?

Got the TSV on Christmas Eve (grommets). They feel soooo good! I plan to turn them inside out and place them in the washer on delicate, but because they are a tad too big, I want to throw them in the dryer on 'medium' heat.

Has anyone done this and did they shrink?

I turn my QF inside out and wash it in with my regular laundry in hot water and in the dryer on perm press and thus far nothing has ever shrunk , fallen apart or any of the other disasters posters on this board commonly claim. Never. I do sometimes need to press somnething after it is washed to flatten out the embroidery. That's it.

I have followed the recommendations of some posters here and put my " delicate" items, e.g., all cotton or a spandex blend, in the dryer on "low" heat for about 15 minutes and then hang to dry. Keeps the wrinkes away and no shrinkage.

If something has sequins or other doo-dads, I wash in a lingerie bag and hang to dry.

The OP wants to shrink the pants. @pommom- you could try it but the results may not be what you want. I would try it maybe 10 mins or so. Maybe ask Angel on her FB page. Good luck.

On another thread it was mentioned that they stretch even after having gone through the dryer cycle. I called c/s last night and am going to exchange for the next smaller size. Fingers crossed.

I put mine in the dryer and shrink them, then they stretch out as I wear them. I usually wind up doing half line dry, half dryer.
