Keep white jeans off the hosts....please

So, I've been thinking about a new handbag for late winter/early spring. I shopped around the QVC website and looked a quite a few video presentations of bags. Didn't find a big I love but I saw lots of hosts in white jeans. Not a pretty site. QVC was obsessed with white jeans last spring/summer and put the hosts in them starting in Feburuary, as I recall. Let's hope QVC RETHINKS that idea for the new year....LOL

I think white jeans look fine on women with thin legs. Unfortunately, I am not one of those women.

I agree that certain hosts wore those white jeans into the ground.

White jeans are a very classic look that is sharp looking!! Don't think Q has a say in which hosts wears what on their shows. Q hosts style themselves. Not quite sure I understand the original post anyway.

I like them. I notice a lot of hosts wear them, in all sizes and they look great (or at least in the videos I see).

Last year when they presented the TSV How Smooth they came in white. I watched several presentations I think, it's hard to remember a year ago. If I remember, many hosts wore the white jeans in this TSV and they looked great.

Jayne Brown loves white jeans and wears them a lot during the early spring and summer.

I think for many women, it is a great way to look fresh and summery without wearing shorts or capris or crops if they don't like those. and some ladies don't like skirts.

So white jeans and pants are fine with me. I haven't seen any of the hosts or models looking bad in them, even the plus sizes. Guess I'm not seeing what the OP saw.

Some vendors and hosts have been pushing wearing white jeans all year long. None of then, including the models, looked good in the white jeans they have been wearing. Most of them look like leggings. Entirely too tight, and just not a good fit. Courtney wears white jeans a lot.

I have seen white jeans on Jackie the model, and several other models. Jackie is a size 14 and she looks great in them. I haven't seen white jeans look bad on any model or host, which model or host is everyone talking about that looks bad in them? I haven't seen anyone wearing them so tight that they look like leggings.

Love the white jeans or leggings for that matter! It always looks fresh and updated compared to the over used blue jeans!

I cannot think of one incident on the Q last season where the white jeans looked inappropriate. I think white jean/leggings can be more figure flattering and forgiving than denim which appears heavier and hotter especially in the Spring-Summer IMO.

I love white jeans, but I can't bring myself to wear them "off season." I won't bring mine out until late spring. I love them with black on top and other dark colors.

I don't understand why anyone would hate white jeans. I wish they'd explain in greater detail. I'm seriously curious.

They did overdo it with the white jeans. Here's my theory as to why: They sell too many tops with white backgrounds - all kinds of prints and stripes with white backgrounds. It's one of the reasons I don't buy them. I like my tops to be grounded in black, or navy or some color that can match back to my pants. If your tops all have white background, they only look good with white pants.

I once heard Bob Mackie say that all his tops have some amount of black in them so women can wear them with black slacks. I don't care for his designs, but I appreciate that he does that.

White jeans look the best on women who have thin thighs and a small rear. IMO, those who don't should stick to dark color jeans and slacks.
