One ugly dress

Ick...the logo dress was just ugly. And how come every host wears an extra small. I miss the old PM Style

Which one? There is more than one LOGO dress. I really like the one they just showed. And yes, I am really and extra small, since the Q sizes run so big. What's wrong with that?

I didn't see the dress...but I'm guessing it looked like a nightgown. jmo

I love LOGO and believe me I hated the look at first until I got my first pieces and I love the fit and fabric. I'm tall and average and I wear a medium. You missed earlier today hosts like Carolyn and then Jayne who wear a large I think. You buy what you want.

....I already bought my small limit or I may have considered some more things. I realize not everyone wears same size as I do and some items look better on others and maybe not so much on me. Different strokes I guess.

Some I like and some I don't.... I don't like to layer at all so that limits what I like...

I heard Lori describing some pants saying "...they look like they've been around a 100 years, you know, nice and used and comfortable just like how I love my clothes..."

And some folks like that look.....but I love my clothes looking brand new, so that limits me as well.....

I think Lori's clothing line is like the Emperors New Clothes. People think they should like it because she is a Designer. But in reality they know they are not at all fashionable, or to use your word---ugly. But the bottom line is they must be selling or they wouldn't be on all the time.

I don't like them because they are fashionable. Neither do I like them because they were conceived by and sold by a designer. I do not typically wear clothes that are in fashion unless it is an accident.

I like them because they make me feel like me. I have been wearing this look since the 60s in one form or another. Seeing the colors in my peripheral vision through the day lifts my spirits. I am supremely comfortable in them, get many complements, and do not look extremely different from many of the women I see on the street. I just combine them in a way that is me.

It it is so simple. I think most women wear what they wear for the same reasons regardless of their own personal style. These clothes just happen to fit mine and go well with Eileen Fisher, Spirithouse, and other brands I typically buy.

Here we go again!! So OP doesn't like the look - no need to proclaim its UGLY and insult anyone who might have ordered it!! I'm sure some clothing OP wears would be declared as ugly by many also!!

Why should any host lie about wearing xs??

@jewel3 Gosh I love what you say and how you think! I'm a '60's Gal too, and I couldn't agree more! I don't BUY FOR any particular designer, but I sure as sure can be, I don't BUY AGAINST either.

I RARELY watch ANY shows on QVC anymore, but yesterday I DID watch part of a LOGO show and enjoyed it.

Now I want to take a look at her dresses. I'LL decide whether I want to try one or not.

My back, my buck, my choice.

The slub knit midi was looking cute until Lori started throughing everything she could reach on the models and the dresses hanging on the display rack. I would wear it without the additional layers, but on the other hand, I am one who always starts out wearing a sweater or jacket with my outfits, even if the thermometers are reading 90-degrees+.

I was glad she did that - she's styling to give us ideas - not that we need to dress exactly like that. I wouldn't myself have thought to put a top on over the dress so it looked like a skirt. I love that idea and makes us have more bang for the buck to do more than one thing with a dress. I liked seeing that and, as I say, wouldn't have thought to wear it that way; it was helpful to see that it worked and was cute.

@Trix You don't like the presentations? Don't watch them. Simple solution.
