      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9621"&gt;@Texasmouse﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Agree with you on using the specific garment measurements. &amp;nbsp;Also, when doing this I also consider the fabric type. &amp;nbsp;Basically if it has any stretch, that helps me decide if I stay in the smaller size or bump up one size. &amp;nbsp;I never look at the regular size chart as each item has such different measurements in the sizing numbers or the S-M-L-XL, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
