Has anyone noticed that since she got married Shawn seems to host shows on the Q less and less?

Not at all. Shawn seems to have had her same schedule for quite a long time now. Friday's QCheck then Shawn Says Accessorize. Saturday Morning Q with David, Monday night with Isaac and then usually kicking off Tuesday's TSV, then Tuesday Night Beauty & Anything Goes w/Rick & Shawn.

I enjoy watching her and the shows she hosts hence knowing when to see her. I've noticed nothing changed with her schedule since she's ben married. Shawn is on a lot!

She's on the same amount of hours to me. Because she has so many shows for which she is the designated host/co-host she's on a lot, but only for those shows. It's Isaac on Monday night and at least an hour after that, Tuesday Night Beauty followed by Anything Goes on Tues. night, Q Check and her accessory show on Friday (3-hours), and Saturday Morning Q (3-hours).

Not even Lisa R. has that many shows on the regular weekly schedule. Off the top of my head Pat JD who does a minimum of 2 hours/5 days (and her Monday and Friday are 3-hours) and David V. would be the only host who comes close to Shawn in weekly on air hours.

It may seem that way because she was off when her father was sick and just had vacation.

Shawn seems down to me. Maybe it's her father being sick, or maybe I'm just catching her on more serious presentations, but it seems like she's talking about someone being sick or dying, or divorcing every time I see her. I hope she's ok because despite her quirks, I enjoy her as a host.

Shawn is having her normal shows. She has taken vacation and personal time but no more than others. I love watching her shows. She keeps things interesting and fun. Yes she has had some extreme ups this year, but also some hard times as we all have. Shawn wears her feelings on her sleeve, which makes her personable in my opinion. So yes she is leaning on her faith right now. She did let it slip Isaac is gonna have a regular show added on Fridays coming up!!!! So excited!

I enjoy watching her. I haven't been watching QVC as much lately. I find it very boring. I'm tired of seeing the same old stuff over and over.

I think she is fun to watch.

I would say she is on a lot lately. She is such a lovely lady and she can sell!! I so very much like her that I always wish her well.

NO, she is on air the same amount of time

Many of the other hosts are either part-time or rarely on at all; all of the male hosts, Antonella, Sharon, etc.,

I like Shawn, but her pale green outfit dress today with boots/mismatched socks..... I will add that Kristen today, looked equally bad. Albany looked nice, just can't watch her present.

I also like Shawn, but she has a tendency to exaggerate to boost sales. I bought two London Fog handbags based on her description of how "soft," luxurious, and wonderful they were. When I got them, they were too stiff for my taste and I was annoyed. I sent them back, and it cost me money. I will never forget that. I still enjoy her presentations, but I take what she says with a bit of a grain of salt now.

florey and Ms X, ITA with both of you. I think twice now before I purchase anything she recommends. BTW, were you watching the other day during the TSV Breezies presentation on Q Check or Shawn Says when she told the bra story? Oh, my, way TMI. I'm surprise no one has mentioned that yet.

I tuned in a while ago and that green get-up she is wearing is ridiculous!

Allowing hosts to express "personal style," to an extent, is one thing. Permitting a 40-something saleswoman to go on air looking like she just crawled out of a 1980s teenybopper closet is absurd. More evidence that QVC is going for quirky, low-class hucksters in its sales crew rather than dignified professionals. What does that say about the clientele it expects to reach?

She and Sandra and Albany probably exaggerate the most to boost sales. Sandra always uses the "schtick" and "verbiage" that there is so much buzz about "this or that item" in the halls at QVC (i.e. clothing when she wears an item she's presenting). I highly doubt there's a ton of buzz about a D & C top.

I used to like Shawn far more when she first started at QVC. I think she leaves out a lot of pertinent information now. I don't care for her hairstyle now either. I loved her look when she first was a host. But, she's obviously a very popular host as she gets the best hours , imo, of all on air.

As far as "newer" hosts, I think Jennifer Coffey does a great job and appears to take her job seriously.
