Help with Stan Herman sizing

I want a short sleeve zip front robe. I am an XL in everything on the Q. The one I am looking at goes from L to 1X being next size. Doesn't come in XL. Any thought or help? Being a zip front terry robe, L or 1X? I would say I am an 18. Thanks in advance.

Definitely size up on the robe. You want that extra material for when you sit, etc. Also, in case of shrinkage when washing (based on material which you didn't mention). I own tons of Stan's stuff...he is my cousin. ;-)

Look at the garment measurements & that will tell you what size to buy.

i always size up with any robe from pretty much any line. i like them to be roomy and comfortable.
