CLARKS TSV...

What is QVC/Clarks thinking about with those bottoms being patterned? ...I don't like at all...

I'm so glad I don't want these as today's the VC TSV, and I"m getting it!

I like the Clarks Tsv, I like it a lot. The patterns give the sandals some character and interest, I think women like myself who have a shoe wardrobe are looking for something different and unique. But I am not buying any more sandals for 2016. I already bought 2 new pairs and I'm done.

I might have to break my rule of not buying shoes from the Q. These are cute but do you think the pattern on the wedge would compete with a dress with stripes?

I like the shoes, too. I think they will look great with stripes.

I also have a very large sandal wardrobe, so I'm always on the look-out for something unique. I love the patterned bottom! It takes a rather run of the mills style and gives it a little edge. I ordered the taupe.

The Ikat print may very well work with a stripe since the lines are similar-especially if you choose the more subtle white or taupe.

I don't think they are ugly with the patterned bottoms at all but I think it limits what I could/would wear them with. I personally wouldn't wear the patterned bottom shoes with most patterned dresses or skirts because I think many times it would compete.

Regardless of the patterned bottoms on some of them, Clarks ruined them with that stupid velcro. Why do all QVC shoe designers insist on velcro closures?

Well, I DID like the fuschia option until I saw the backstrap with the velcro. Deal breaker.

I remember seeing a lot of these types of sandals with the print wedge designs last year. Some of them were cute.

That's how I looked at it too. I don't like the VC tote. Not a fan of saffiano leather but even if I was, I don't carry totes.

I love the Clark's tsv especially the ones with the printed wedges. Too bad they didnt do this on all of the choices.

Sweet but I won't be buying any of them. I have TONS of spring/summer shoes/sandals and been buying a new bunch of spring colors, styles, prints.

Please, someone tell me I'm DONE!!!!

I'm torn between the white and the taupe. Do people still wear white shoes - other than sneaks? Is this a grayish taupe? I can't tell on my computer but looks kinda gray. Anyways, will this shade of taupe go with blacks and browns? Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

I didorder the taupe. I see it as a more grayish taupe rather than a taupe with yellow undertones. I think because it does have the gray undertone, it will go with both black and brown.

Speaking only personally, I don't wear white shoes (even sneakers) much. I just don't care for them.

I love shoes so having something a bit different doesn't bother me. What does bother me is the inconsistency of sizing in Clark's shoes. If I send them back because of this, I have to pay 6.95 plus the cost of having had them shipped to me. There are many stores with free shipping both ways if they do not fit.....I will stick with them. However, they are cute and congrats to all who ordered them and they fit.

Edited to add I just received an email stating that Clark's are 20% off on their site with a code and free shipping and free returns.

I probably would not wear the sandals with printed soles with a print maxi or slacks, but, with a shorter print/striped dress, I think it would look fine. With a print it would depend on the specific print.

I have a pair of BOC wedge sandals that are rarely worn so I am not "allowed" to order the TSV. If I wore my wedge sandals a lot I would consider adding another pair. I really like the simple wide straps and the taupe & black colors. If I start wearing the wedges I have more then I might consider adding another pair later in the summer.

Right now I seem to be all about athleisure style shoes. I just purchased my first pair of Jambu sandals (though they have a closed-in toe so I don't consider them to be real sandals) and am happy that I managed to order the right size!

I just pre-ordered the Lisa Rinna tsv and thought these would work well with them. Plus, I'm vertically challenged so think the wedge will work - can't do heels anymore.

I think that white sandals became very popular again starting last summer or so. I would have to consider the style and whether or not white was attractive in a particular shoe. I think I've seen that even white sneakers are coming back into style. All that said, I do think the taupe is a nice color.
