I have that set from the first time it aired and there were only three color choices. By the time it aired, only the bronze (harvest gold actually) was left in my size to I have that one. I must say that I do like it - and even managed to find a $10 scarf at Macy's (sale price) that is an exact match to the camo print in the tank to break up the harvest gold color which looks bad against my skin/face. One problem: the top size medium fit me fine but the tank is snug. I liked the set so after I got it I ordered it in the large but that top was way too big on me. So I kept the medium that I'd originally ordered and I just "live with" the tank being snug. I always have to wear the top (or a top of some kind) over the tank because of that - I cannot wear the tank alone - it wouldn't look good across my hips. If you are really slim the tank might fit as well as the top does. But for a pear-shaped gal, the tank will fit snugly if you get the top in your normal size.

@Pearlee, I think a good guess would be the 95/5 rayon span. Wish it would be the French terry.

And love the look so much that price is a non-issue....yep, I said it! Price is a non-issue. Can't tell you the last time that happened! Only one pitfall. No front closure! It would already be mine if there was a front closure. As a fly away, I'm not 100% sure. So now I have to decide if I jump on this and have potential regrets, or not and have potential regrets!

If you decide to get it, take to a seamstress and they can put you a front closure on it quite easily. My seamstress is amazing. She has even taken sleeves out of my sweaters to shorten them if I find them to be too long.

Well... I got it. Thanks for the suggestion @vicki is ok. I could easily put a hook and eye on the jacket myself, but for the price, I'm not tweaking anything on my own!

Based on the measurements and wanting a loose outerwear fit, I sized up. We'll see. And if I need to, I'll take it somewhere to get a proper button closure added. Who knows, I may love the loose drapey open front. I had a very similar jacket in light heather gray many years ago. I got (copy machine) toner on it and basically killed it trying to recover from the toner accident.

So happy you got it. Very nice looking. If I didn't already have a lot of jackets/dress coats and so on I would be tempted. I'm still tempted by the H by Halston dress coat that was on Saturday. I fell in love with that in the Sand Dune color. Reminded me so much of Halston's style back in the 60s. I did put it on my wish list.

Wear your jacket awhile and see how you like it without a clasp.
