Help. I need to know which pants and jeans are most forgiving. I've gained weight. I cant size up. Need some roomier styles. It's hard to tell from the product photos.

The French Terry pants with seam detail which were on AM Style today seem very generously sized to me. They are soft & comfortable, wash well too. They come in 3 lengths, I believe. HTH!

Denim &Co classic jeans, boot cut lot of stretch, and slimming. I look 1 size smaller when I wear them.

Best that look like jeans - D&Co. one they've sold millions and has the pork chop front pockets. Worst: (sorry Gary & Carolyn) ....the new one they showed last week that really is a jean....well, I just gave my mailman a pair of those in white to return. Awful heavy material that doesn't give - will be hot in the summer - 2 big oversized rear pockets that makes you appear really big back there....... and to buton/upbutton that metal button at top of faux fly - you'll break a nail for sure. Too stiff for me.

I actually bought the Denim & Co French Terry pants. Typically not my style, but I wanted something comfortable. (These are the ones I wanted to exchange for tall but had to keep due to too much in shipping costs.). I digress, lol. They are just barely long enough so I kept them to wear around the house. Finally wore them yesterday. They are so comfortable and looked really great. I'm glad I bought two pair!

I have heard some 'complain' that the DreamJeannes run on the large side. Perhaps that could be a help. If 1X fits like a 2X, that might create flexibility on the upper end of the size chart. They also seem to come in every color in the world.
