Does it take longer for them to process this when returned? This is the first time this has ever happened and I have been a member since 1993. The odd thing is I reordered the same item only to find a George Simonton top inside the bag. I can't seem to get this jacket fir the life of me. Anyway the whole thing is strange. The first jacket was received on 10/11 it was delivered to Lancaster and that is still status today and it's 10/15. Has anyone been through this before?
