Maybe this topic should have gone under "health", since the purchase of comfort shoes is not necessarily that fashion forward, but any how --- here goes!

I am having a problem with achilles tendonitis and it's real problem wearing shoes!!!

I just purchased a pair of Skechers - black clog to wear to work. I work in an office and can't look too casual so I don't want to be wearing a white sneaker!

These shoes aren't that pretty, but they are fairly comfortable and don't stand out like a sore thumb. Plus, I can't wear anything with a back right now.

I also need something in a tan or brownish color to wear with other colors. I don't want to buy a lot of shoe but I do need a few pairs because I don't know how long this is going to go on.

Can you recommend some shoes - clog - mule - slip-on types, that have a lot of padding, very low heels and not hundreds of dollars?

Thanks so much!
