    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been wondering, and maybe somebody can enlighten me with an answer.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Why are heels over 3 inch usually a skinny heel, and heels 2 inch or lower usually chunky? I really want a heel about 2.5 that is skinny, and that is so hard to find.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
