    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok Fashionistas- Everytime a scarf is presented one of the models is wearing it like a vest, belted at the waist. I've never seen anyone actually wear a scarf like this and I wonder if anyone does in the real world. I'm on the fence about it- I don't really hate it, but.... I don't like it either. I think I would feel awkward wearing a scarf this way. What do you ladies think?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
