Some orders have surprised me with the speed at which I receive them (the new Linea ponte knits for example were shipped and received in less than a week from the date of order) and others (the Linea ottoman and it looks like the new boucle topper for example) are super slow.</P> <P>Don't get me started on the cost.</P> <P>In contrast, others, much smaller and with far fewer resources, ship quickly and do it for free. I placed an order at <STRONG>11pm Monday the 9th</STRONG> with ZARA for the faux leather jacket Courtney was wearing during PMS. That jacket was shipped FOR FREE and is <STRONG>out for delivery TODAY</STRONG>. My Linea topper, ordered the same day, meanwhile still sits "In Process" purgatory.</P> <P>The time is long past for retailers to expect customers to have patience with outdated, ineffectual internal systems that impede fast, cheap delivery.
