Any opinions on the poncho featured in the August Insider?

Just looking at it now - knew instantly it was from Layers by Lizden and it looks very cosy. My big complaint is they are never long enough in the body. The sides hang nicely but across the front of the body and the back they always seem too short for me kind of stopping at high hip level a few inches longer and I would love it. Love the colors and the addition of the cowl too. I think it is a good buy and will definitely sell.

Can you post a pic ... I don't get the Insider. I've gone overboard on ponchos lately ... they will be my go-to cover-ups of choice before the snow flies.

I put my crossbody bags under the poncho ... works also as a safety precaution.

Thanks for posting picture - see what I mean about being short in the body - I would expect to wear this when it got cold but not with this hip high length. Do like ponchos though.

Sometimes the plus size will give you a few more inches. Because it is not fitted, the extra width usually doesn't matter.

When is it a TSV?

It will be TSV on Aug 7th and the cowl fringed is separate piece at $19.50 - if you order poncho now it is offered on easy pay 2 $16.98 plus tax etc. or $33.96 plus tax etc.

I love the new colors. I bought the gray in the last TSV poncho, and it is so flattering. The yarn is so soft and cozy.

I want the wine and olive in this one. No cowl neck though. It would be sort of cute with a hood/pockets (imo).

Has anyone ordered the colors ot the TSV poncho and noticed white spots? I had to return all of the colors the minute I opened the bags. You can see white marks on all of the colors. Did anyone else have this problem? Thank you.

Not sure i would call it white spots, but there is a definate variation in color where the item was folded.
