My inseam is 28 and the Short version has an inseam of 28 1/2, the Regular has an inseam of 31 1/2. </P> <P>I've heard that having DreamJeannes hemmed can be difficult, don't know if this is true or not.</P> <P>The 28 1/2 will be too short even wearing flats.
