The community standard below prohibits the use of third-party promotional material, which would apply to coupon codes and direct links to other retailers. But, after taking a closer look, the original post did not go against this standard, so it was restored. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for asking for clarity so we can help define the expectations for our community participation.

Use of these public areas for commercial purposes is prohibited. Do not use any Community features (including, but not limited to, video, forums, reviews, images, and profiles) to solicit funds, advertise, or solicit goods or services, or post third-party promotional material. Only use these public areas and Community features for non-commercial purposes.

Susan, thank you for your timely and considerate post. I had not even seen the original list of discounts before my question to you. Now after reviewing it, I see that it contains retail B&M clothing stores. So, can I assume it is appropriate to alert my fellow posters of, say, a sale at a favorite retailer such as Anthropologie?

I want to make sure I am abiding by the "rules" while at the same time sharing information that is both approved by QVC and meaningful to other posters.
