I received a very nice letter a few weeks ago from qvc saying that when my subscription to the inside q was finished they would renew it at send it to me for free. Wow I thought how nice.....Tonight I was trying to find the link to the insider and could not find it so I emailed qvc customer service...they sent me a reply saying they are no longer offering the inside q . How silly why would they send a letter saying thanks for being such a loyal customer, we are going to send you our magazine for free from now on and than the following month discontinue the magazine? Have anyone also received this letter?
