I have purchased from them for the past several years. They have better quality clothing. I think their clothing is well made and holds up well.

I ordered an expensive sheet set from them several years ago. Order went through fine with no mention of back order. Then I got the back order notification. The various components arrived piecemeal over a 2 month period, flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, duvet etc. I'll never order from them again. I trash the catalog as soon as it arrives so I won't be tempted.

I have a couple of items from GH. One is a turtleneck sweater that I love, but as most woolen sweaters, it tends to pill a bit. I also have a pair of ankle denim pants. Both items are good quality. I do wish I could find woolen sweaters that won't pill.

I've purchased quite a bit from Garnet Hill since the 1990s. Their linens are exceptional, especially the flannel. I love their pajamas, both cotton and flannel along with many of their clothing items. I continue use a green cotton jacket that is at least twelve years old. The Christmas items from Hable are wonderful. They carry great jewelry items; I own a few of the necklaces. I'm always satisfied with my purchases and I when I purchase clothing for children as gifts, they are my go to online site. BTW, they rectified the backorder situation; you're notified quickly about dates to expect the items.

I haven't ordered from them in a couple years, but I can vouch for their sheets! My husband has a shirt. They are good quality. I think they are widely known for their flannel sheets as well.!

I have ordered from them over the years...Love the quality of their items. I've only ordered clothes, shoes and purses and some clothes for my GD..I've never ordered any of the linens or house products.

I have been ordering from their catalogs for years. Love them. What I love is their Eileen Fisher collection (clothes and organic cotton bed&bath) also love their GH little cap sleeve Tshirts. What I Really like is when I get an email for free shipping, because their shipping charges are awful. They used to be worse, but they heard customer complaints and eased up a bit..still on the high side though.

I have been ordering from Garnet Hill for many years. I discovered Hanro lingerie through them and still frequently buy that brand from them. I have also purchased clothing and linens over the years. Albeit priced a little up the price point ladder, everything has been great quality. I have a couple of wool sweaters which are more than 20 years old and still kicking.
