    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a quick question for you ladies.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;When you wear a skirt that isn't a pencil skirt and just below the knee and wear a jacket that isn't long but shorter but not cropped do you wear a tank that is longer than the jacket?  Do you think this looks good or would you wear something that doesn't fall below the jacket?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
