topic I can't stand Liquid Knit in Fashion

Recently someone posted a comment about the fabrics that now dominate qvc fashion lines. I have had some good experiences with poly, nylon etc blends with spandex. Some of them are okay, have a nice hand and wear well but the one I think is awful is SG's "Liquid knit." I have returned more than a few and even when the sizing was off and the garment was way too big all the details of my bra showed through and the skirts/dresses clung in an annoying and revealing manner. I don't understand how SG can continue to say "everyone loves it." The only nice thing that I can say about it is that it holds dye well in solids and prints.

I have been wanting to try the new "citiknits" but they are no longer done in the acetate/spandex fabric of the original. I have been hesitant to purchase the dress sets made in that line due to my experience with liquid knit. Anyone have a good experience with the citiknit poly/spandex fabric?
