The new PMS set is bright and attractive, and they're trying hard to make the show fresh and "new". But they're still mixing in all the non-fashion items with the fashions, and I'm so over it. I watched a couple of segments of the show this evening, but gave up and moved on.

I'm a very good QVC customer. I'm a baby boomer. I guess QVC is going after a younger audience which is good business. I would remind them, however, that baby boomers still have money to spend. I have enjoyed PM style for many years. I'm sure Shawn is a lovely person but she is not for me. I feel like the whole show has been infantilized and cutsified for a younger audience and I am not interested in watching. At least give me Jayne and Pat. I am no longer interested in this show but I think that is what QVC wants---younger viewers, a little less sophistication. OK.

I just heard Shawn say that she doesn't wear pants or jeans or skirts but mostly wears dresses. Near as I can tell, it's only recently that she's started to wear dresses. For the longest time she only wore leggings with layers of logo and boots. She always mentions that she's into comfort clothing. What is anybody supposed to believe?

I am not seeing where QVC is going after a younger audience. From what I see their target customer is in the 50 plus range. Haven't seen where their clothes would interest a younger audience, other than some of their shoes. Definitely not seeing the young crowd buying a lot of Quacker Factory or Carole Hochman.

Boomer here too. I think they forget we not only have more money to spend on ourselves but are the largest age group in the country right now. I like stylish, you don't have to be 20 to buy stylish.

I like how Shawn kind of just slinked her way into that. I have to agree though, her speech, her tone, is bizarre and just watching the angle she keeps her neck makes my own neck hurt. I guess she thinks that it looks cute to do that. She will regret it in ten years. Fine for those who love baby talk, odd acronyms and semi-coherent narrative but it detracts from the items for me.

I liked when they used Sandra Bennett because she has a more soft-spoken style more in line with what Lisa had and in line with PM Style tradition. I thought they would stay with Sandra but I guess what Shawn wants, Shawn gets. They have to realize too much over-the-top presenting wears on people. Good luck to them.

I trust my own judgement about myself.
