Attention Kohls Shoppers..I have a return question

I have a receipt for 2 items purchased that came to $40. One item @ $15 and one @ $25. My bill was $30, because I used a $10 Kohls Cash. If I return both items, do they deduct the KC from the $30 that I paid? TIA

I think they will give you store credit for Kohl's cash portion.

Have6cats--I think that it works this way: Your total bill was $40- $10 Kohls cash= $30 that you paid in cash/credit. When you return your items, you should get your $30 cash/credit back. Kohls will NOT give you the $10 Kohls cash back.

That is how they handled a transaction that I had several years ago. Things may have changed since then.

± Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with Kohl’s Cash?

If you are making a return or price adjustment on an item you bought with Kohl's Cash®, the value of the Kohl's Cash®coupon will be returned as a Kohl's Merchandise Credit.

They can do a couple of things. If you already used the kohls cash they will deduct it from your return. If you havent i believe they can cancel out the kohls cash and get the whole refund. Or again they will deduct the kohls cash and you cant keep the certificate and use it.

It's been about a year since I've returned anything to Kohl's, but I thought I remembered store credit for the Kohl's cash. You're welcome.
