O/T Anyone know of a good floor matt for zumba?

We have so much variety among us, I figured this would be the place to ask about a floor matt for zumba. I wasn't able to do the CDs until recently because of inflamation with my back. I have the "go ahead" now. What is best one? or What do you use?

I have been doing Zumba for 6 0r 7 years and have a fabulous instructor. (4 times a week) and never heard of a mat for Zumba. Zumba is aerobic????

I'm betting she has carpeting & wants something that she can put over it so that she can actually DO Zumba. I have the same situation. I've had Zumba Gold for a few years now & can't do it because of carpeting. I purchased it because I figured I could put something down over my carpeting to do the DVD & pull it up when I was done but I haven't found anything that fills the need.

Exercising to music. It was suggested to protect the feet, ankles, and legs from shock.
