Petites are actually too long for her. She is only 5' (has shrunk 4" over time) and needs a 24" inseam. She needs a modern waist so that her waistline isn't hiked up to her chest. She likes some elastic in her waistband, but doesn't want it to show. Is there such a pant...or am I dreaming? It seems like everytime we buy her something, it has to be tailored so that the crotch isn't hanging down to her knees or the hem is too long, or she looks like she is wearing high-water pants. Help!
