I've been a fan of Victoria's Secret clothing and lingerie for many years. I believe I started buying from their PINK Collection in 2004, when I was in high school. The sweatpants were very thick, comfy, and they lasted forever. The bras and panties held up nicely, even after multiple washes. The t-shirts and dressy tops from the online site and catalog were also high quality.

In the past year or so, I've noticed a gradual decline in the quality of the materials used in VS apparel. For instance, I purchased a pair of sweat capris from them in August and paid nearly $60 for them. One month later, the pants already have a random hole (not on a seam) in them from washing. I've also noticed that the material used in their tees is very thin and flimsy; so much that one is almost forced to wear a cami underneath so that it is not see through.

I purchased a few bras from them recently, as well. I wash my bras according to directions, and wires have already come out, and the straps are starting to curl. What is happening to the quality of these items?

I'm sorry, but if I'm going to pay such expensive prices for clothing, I'd expect a little better quality. It seems as if prices are rising and quality is decreasing tremendously. The only VS apparel I like anymore are their zip-up hoodies. They're getting more expensive by the year, but the quality seems the same.

Has anyone else noticed this? I've been gradually noticing this for a while now so I'm wondering if anyone else has. With all said, I think I'm done with VS for most items.
