Linea: The Day After.

I got home late and watched the show on DVR and yes, placed one more order. The dress got me in the end. Had to have it.

So with the exception of two quick appearances in mid-November Nov.3rd, FEW, 6am and Nov. 17th, FEW 6am) and the odd last minute piece of new jewelry, we're done until the end of January. I imagine LDO and Jac are planning a nice vacation after this very busy season. I'm looking forward to catching my breath, taking stock of what I bought and probably placing one more order for a few pieces I dithered on (the lace print top, another color of the mosaic top, the WK pants in navy...you get the idea).

It's been an amazing fall. I've completely enjoyed hanging out here with my Linea sisters. I'm going to miss the "OMG ___ is available to order" posts, but can't wait for the excited reviewed for ponchos, furs, and swing sweaters. Which I'm betting we'll see early next week!

Be on the lookout for the new reversible cross and shrimp earring and post when you see them! Also the reorder jet beads. Enjoy your new clothes, hose, jewelry, scarves and shawls! I know I will.

Garden, you must have a fabulous wardrobe of Linea. I always look for your reviews to read. At 5'3", I must pick and choose from the line. My latest favorites are the WK cardigans and tanks. I purchased 4 sets and find Louis's soft suiting offerings work best for my casual lifestyle. I appreciate that Louis listened to some us who requested more casual clothing, and voila, they are now in the line, casual with panache and suitable for a town and country lifestyle. Keep the reviews coming...with Louis's blog and commentary with substance from you and others, I can make some smart purchases without the hassle of spending precious time only to be disappointed. The Dell'Olios are gems and so are you!

After vacillating back and forth ... forth and back ... I ended up on the side of prudence. I decided to not order any more sweaters and tops this visit, as I had done so last month. I also reneged on the poncho ... that'll have to wait (if I decide to get it at all).

However, as I have no willpower when it comes to leather/suede jackets, I ordered two colors (stone and olive), along with the coordinating gabardine pants ... and something truly unintended ... until I saw it on the models ... the reversible coat in stone.

It was a great season! Don't you all agree having matching tights makes an impact? Wow that stone sweater, skirt and suede jacket...wow! I think the tonal look with the tights was just beautiful.

After a season like we just got from Linea there is no doubt that Louis is the best on QVC. No one else comes close. Yes,,there are some nice things from others, but in totality, Linea is the absolute best.

Unicorn! I absolutely agree, must get these when they magically appear or lose out forever.

I passed up the more usual sweaters and things, and got the suede jacket in Stone, and the reversible faux fur one in stone as well, completely unintentional on my part, don't know what happened......but can't wait to get them. I did sneak in another swing sweater as the ENR WK's are the absolute best.

Brenda in the head to toe Stone was one of the most beautiful fashion moments ever. The tights made a huge difference too.

Louis dresses women who remember when women dressed beautifully, and classically. I could watch him all day long....his is MY look. I teach college students, and all the young women comment to me how "beautiful" I always look in my outfits.......and I always wear a Joan Rivers pin (from the "old" days, probably 20 years ago).

Young women need us to be role models.....I am so honored when these young women say "I want to dress like you." How lovely!

I'd love to be one of the models who works with Louis! From the stockings, the skirts, the jackets, the pants and sweaters......and now jewelry!......I'd buy every single thing!

I agree that this has been an excellent collection. I am not buying any more business clothing, as I have plenty of that. But I really like the new turtleneck and the footless tights, and I am pretty sure I am keeping the black and olive swing sweaters. If nothing else, they will be very comfortable sweaters for kicking around on the weekends.

It was a great 2-hour show and a great season for Linea!

I dropped the reversible coat from my order after watching the show. It's gorgeous and warm looking, but I think it would be "too much" on me. I did not love it on Maria. I did keep the olive knit/ suede jacket as I am a s*cker for Linea olive and I so love my black leather/knit jacket. Hoping the slim pants fit.

Now all that's left is a moment for the CC to cool off before Christmas shopping, orders to arrive and play with the new pieces, mixing and matching with older faves.

I missed all the shows, but I'm happy with my purchases. All the new cardigans, the swing WK top, the mosiac top. Flip WK skirt on the way. I liked the new coats, but the reversible one would add unwanted pounds on me and I've not had a good experience with the leather/knit ones as they seem just too large for me.

This was a great season. I ordered 7 items and there are still others on my ""want"" list. I will use November and December to spread some things out without fear of tons of new things coming in to tempt me! Brenda in that all stone outfit was perfection. I caved faster than a house of cards on that one.

How I love and treasure your post, fabulous! You are an inspiration to us to "keep up the good work." I fully agree that younger women should see classic style modeled for them by their more senior sisters. It is important. It has been for me in my life and, I believe, it will be for others.

I so agree with you fabulous! I am 68 and try to continue dressing in this classy/classic style, with my own artistic touches and fashion updates. I get frequent compliments from young women, and I believe they are seeing hope for the future, that you can continue to look great as you get older, and not sloppy, and not youth-seeking silly.

I just wanted to tell you ladies how much I enjoy reading your posts. And I eagerly await the reviews on the new pieces. I also bought more than intended, but like with the WK pants you never know if things will return. I'm a little nervous about the sizing of the swing sweater. I wasn't sure if I needed a S or a M so I ordered two in S and 2 in M. we'll see. I agree with the others that all stone outfit was magical.
