    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received someone else order a couple weeks ago - I got in touch with Q,  they apologized and said they'd waive the return fee. So in addition to including the other customers receipt, I included correspondence I had with customer service about the error delivery.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I happen to own these pants in a different size (from 2011) and the return area assumed I was sending them back after 1 year + -  and they're sending them back to me!! Does the return area read any of the notes sent back with returns- or any notes indicated on a customers account?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mess ups like this end up costing all of us more in the long run- they need to cover staff time, additional shipping costs, etc etc. Incredibly frustrating- no wonder shipping costs keep increasing!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;DIV&gt; &lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
