I ordered a D and B bag on Sept. 11. When the package arrived, it was a pair of Clark's SHOES! Strange...I called and explained the situation and was asked to send the shoes (!) back and that a new D and B bag would be send right out. Well, no bag yet and my account was not credited with the return. I decided to cancel the order entirely today after all of this time. Frustrating...and I am surprised that a $200. plus purchase is so unimportant to QVC.
