I have wrote QVC multiply times about this concern. The other thing that I have written to the Q about is when models or host come out in outfits,shoes, handbags or jewelry, I have asked over and over that they list on the bottom of the screen item numbers, because I have called the operator numerous times only to find out they dont know what they are wearing of the item number.
