Called CS last night and they could track my item for me but person told me it was maintenance but told her this has been going on for a few weeks. I do know what to do except keep calling CS for help and maybe someone will report it. Keep getting message QVC unavailable at this time use automated ordering.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have no problem placing orders just tracking returns.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Contacted CS support a week ago they replied they would look into this - but no fix or reply since then.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get a receipt from the post office and if necessary, use their tracking. As long as you have  the receipt you are good to go.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Good luck.  I hope they get this resolved for y'all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I haven't tried to track a return. I look on my account after two or three weeks and check if there's a credit. I've never had a return not get credited. I used to check on the return slip to email me, but that was hit or miss so I don't bother with it any more.</description>

      <description>I have had the same issue for @1 week. I finally called CS to determine the status of the return. It is so efficient to track returns online - hope they fix it soon. Other shopping networks make it much more difficult.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Qvc is awful with the return info you usually dont even know until it's credited&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;HSN is excellent they contact you when the post office scans package then when they get it then when they refund you and they give you back shipping most of the time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a couple of items recently -- I use the tracking number from Q's label to track it at the post office until it's picked up by the shipping agent.  After that you can't track on the USPS website and it's anybody's guess when QVC will update their tracking status.  I received emails telling me when they received it and had credited my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I too have been unable to track returns; I just get that 'QVC is unavailable' message. It's frustrating, and if it was maintenance, as someone was told, it wouldn't be going on for this long. Maybe they're mad at us for returning things and have decided not to make it so convenient for us to track those returns.</description>

      <description>I too was unable to track a return that was shipped back to Q within the last 14 days. I was able to see it was "in tansit" but when I clicked on the track link, I received an error page stating thst Q online was down and that I should call to place orders. Very strange. Happened everyday over a 7 day period. Finally, I received email from Q last friday confirming receipt of my return and that refund had been issued . There is definitely something wrong with the tracking of returns process over the past 10 days or more.</description>

While she was not rude, she was also no help. It's on me to prove I returned items? since when??&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I will be on the phone with the President's office tomorrow at 9 AM. Outrageous.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Is everyone in the warehouse on strike? What the H#LL is going on in Lancaster and/or Studio Park?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Good thing it's happening now. No holiday shopping will be done at QVC and of necessity I will be cutting back on my Linea purchases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have a new return...to return a Joan Rivers bee pin due to a major warehouse issue-2 color options, and Q sent the wrong color to everyone that ordered a single color. Hundreds of orders/customers impacted. Then they made it worse by sending out 2 or 3 replacements to some customers that were still incorrect. I hope Q fixes the return tracking pronto. Will report back here about tracking my new return.</description>

My item just showed up finally with a status of Returned; then it took another week for the credit to show up on my card. But QVC seems to be having a run of website problems lately.
