Okay, so I get that it's a trend and I have some open-toe wedges and pumps myself that I wear in the spring and summer months. But how am I supposed to wear open-toed boots for goodness sake??? </P> <P>Even with tights (which I think looks kind of tacky) when temps are below 30 and snow and rain nearly every day there is no way those shoes are practical. And they seem to be in every shoe store.
