Too Many Susan Graver Shows

I don't know....is it just me or are there TOO many shows featuring Susan Graver? I mean, come on....3 hours this morning and then she's on several times later today is just too much. Her clothes are okay, but not warranted to consume QVC all day. I feel some of the other QVC designers deserve more air time.

.....probably because she's QVC's highest seller. Qvc wants to make money. Imagine that! lol

They showcase what sells. If another designer's stuff isn't selling, they're gone. Simple business practice.

The Liquid Knit Hour is what her shows should be called. But while I can't stand liquid knit, I do love many of her other things. Most of the hosts annoy me way more than she does.

I know I've always heard that Susan's company is actually owned by QVC. In fact, some years ago I had a phone call from QVC, asking my opinion of Susan Graver's clothing, etc. I think it was at that point that they must have purchased her and her line.

I am sure that their margin of profit is high with SG's garments, but I am very much afraid that they are going to kill their golden goose with overexposure. Too many TSV's, and too many shows. I know the profit may not be the same, but there are hundreds of designers out there, and I for one would really like to see a bit more variety.

I might add that they are really overdoing LOGO also. Could it be that they have bought this line too?

What a strange post. Complaining that a retailer is selling too much of something. QVC's business model is to show numerous presentations of their TSV. Do you have limited channels on your tv?

I don't think the OP was trying to say anything bad about Susan Graver, but rather her shows are on a lot. A whole lot. Susan Graver seems like a lovely lady both inside and out, but too much is too much.

I love Susan Graver's clothing line, so do many others or that one top I want wouldn't be sold out. She's far more successful than anyone the Q has, why shouldn't they play up to their strong point? Susan's fashions are a solid performer so really doubt that she's going to go anywhere for awhile with her company. Maybe you should change your remote...and hope she brings that top back that I like!

They are essentially a business and what sells they feature over and over and over. Once the product is not longer in favor, they either reinvent it or dump it. I would think that would hold true anywhere.
