    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else wondered what planet/galaxy the question submissions come from? &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/confused1.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.confused1}" /&gt; With enthusiastic acknowledgment that the Q&amp;amp;A concept is a good one, whomever's asking these ignorant queries, are revealing an (a word Lisa would use; &lt;EM&gt;ah...maaa-zing&lt;/EM&gt;) clueless level of obliviousness that it's surprising QVC would take seriously enough to publish.  I've asked QVC Customer Service is they're made up by QVC, and was told they are actual submissions! &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/crying.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.crying}" /&gt; Explanations of fashion (cosmetic/whatever) terms, might be a better use of space to inform customers...such as what 'color blocking' &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;actually&lt;/SPAN&gt; is!  Forward...&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/cool.gif" alt="Cool" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
