Questions about 2 upcoming items: long ponte jacket and WK zipped cardigan

Does anyone know if the WK zipped cardigan will be coming in either petrol blue or pewter? I'm holding off on buying the drape-front cardigan (hot pick today) because I'm trying to steer clear of pointy-front things for now, but I do need something to go with my petrol blue and pewter tanks.

As to the long ponte jacket, is this something only to be worn as outerwear?

The WK Zip Front Cardigan will be available in Petrol Blue, Nutmeg (shown) and Black.

Love the long Ponte Jacket in Black - plan to wear it as an Outwear Jacket as weather permits - and as a Suit/Jacket - there was a Sneak Peek of the Black Jacket during the Linea Show - but all the Videos aren't posted - and can't find it.

Thanks, ladies! So glad to hear about the zipped whisper knit colors. I had written that note before the show and I was SO happy to see one of the models wearing the longer jacket. It looked so good! I'll be hoping I can snap up a black.

Going to HAVE to get that zip front cardi in black, may do Petrol Blue. Have the PB tank and new drape front cardigan coming.

Long ponte jacket, not so much. Retirement....scaling back.

Also, if anyone missed out on the leather/knit LDO jacket, I have one in 1X I will be listing on ebay for $100. Worn maybe five times....

Love that zip sweater, but DRAT! looks to be another of the "waist whittling" style. That style makes a broad person look much broader. They always make Maria look fat and she is only a size Large. It seems every time I love a style in the whisper knits, it has that fattening bottom. Just as I was about to order it, I see someone wrote a review indicating the new collared sweater has that bottom. I really wanted that one too.

I can't wear the waist whittlers either! I love zipper sweaters but that darn WW feature ruins it for me. No zip cardigan or collar sweater for me!

Seems as if everyone either loves or hates the "waist-whittler" WKs. That WW feature actually emphasizes my stomach - the one spot where my otherwise thin body puts on weight. I ordered the first WW sweater against my better judgement because everyone raved about it, and had to reluctantly return. Fortunately, there are so many different WK styles that we can all be happy. No waist whittlers for me.

I like the idea of a zip cardigan, but only if it has a two-way zipper (either zips from top or bottom). Otherwise, when it's zipped, it bulges out when you sit down.

I love the WW sweaters so I'm hoping that the zip sweater is that style. Will have to take another look at the collared sweater.

I saw the longer ponte knit jacket during the August first show and fell in love. It's going to look great with the wk pants I picked up.

I'm really anxious to see the "turtleneck poncho" that was in a list from GF. No more info than that, but guessing it's made from whisperknit?
