Found a decorative jewelry organizer for $1.50 and then I thought I would look at the tank top section because it's getting warmer outside. </P> <P>Came across a Kathleen Kirkwood ruffled tank top. It was currently shown on QVC as a pair with another tank. This tank that I found is green and has the removable ruffle. It still has the tags. Cost to me: $1.50!</P> <P>Who needs retail?
