      <description>The item I ordered on Super Saturday, the Q won't let me cancel as they say everything is being sent out quickly. There is no way they are sending out within 15 minutes.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you have buyer's remorse?  Sounds like they should have been clear upfront that Super Saturday orders can't be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You don't have to pay to return...don't open it and just hand it back to UPS or USPS and tell them to return to sender.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought you had to catch the driver as he was delivering it.  I've done that a couple of times successfully.  I didn't know you could send it back unopened the next day.  How could they be positive that you didn't open and reseal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>They can tell whether or not it's been opened. When UPS accepts the package back, whether it's the driver or at a store, they immediately notate it on their little machines. Over the years I have often done this when I couldn't cancel or learned something negative about an item after it shipped. Never have had any problem. I get credited like clockwork. I even leave packages for UPS to take in the area at my front door. I put a note on it so the'll know it's outgoing.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found that you can't cancel a Q Order right way--but if you wait an hour or two, then you can usually cancel.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I was told by CS that the reason Orders can't be cancelled right away is because they haven't had time "to get into the system", but that after a  few hours they are "in the system" and usually can be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;yes--hsn allows everyone up until midnite to cancel any Order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call Customer Service and talk to a person about it.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; I don't know why people treat online stores like they're so much different from brick and mortar stores. I put things in my cart and think about them, but I don't buy unless I'm sure. I comparison shop and read reviews before I make the final purchase. &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13px;"&gt;I don't go into a local store and buy something then come back an hour later and say I changed my mind. I only return something that quickly if I've I picked up the wrong item by mistake and then I exchange it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
